After two manual treatments (manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the accuracy of the product is stable and the wear resistance is good. If there are higher requirements for the testing platform, it is considered to use ball milled cast iron or cast steel materials instead to meet the higher strength testing requirements.
There are two installation methods for the test power iron floor: one is directly placed on the ground level, which has extremely strict requirements for the processing of the cast iron platform. Multiple cast iron workbenches must be connected on the side with high-strength bolts, and a reliable and accurate positioning device must be used for positioning. After the installation of the cast iron bottom plate, the height difference between adjacent ones should not exceed 0.1mm, and an air spring vibration isolation system should be placed below the iron floor. One method is to use anchor bolts to connect with the foundation, and place a liquid damping steel spring isolation system below the foundation.
